Frankie Aviles

Production Manager

The newest member of our team is Production Manager Frankie Aviles, who joins New Leaf Landscape Services with a strong background in horticulture and customer service. A native of Puerto Rico, Frankie came to the United States almost 20 years ago, working with a rose grower in Columbus, Ohio, for four years and developing a love of landscaping. He also worked for a greenhouse grower in Dawsonville, so his knowledge of plants in the Southeast is extensive.

Frankie works alongside Josh Hall in our Maintenance Division, supervising three crews. “I’m on the road at least eight hours every day, working with crews on site and talking with customers,” he says. “I love being outdoors and having the chance to help people realize their landscape visions.”

Although roses are his favorite, he is very knowledgeable about turf care, proper water usage and plant diagnosis, and customers often ask his advice about ways to better care for their landscapes. At his own new home in Dawsonville, Frankie uses Knock-out roses because they are so easy to care for.

In his spare time, Frankie is continuing to landscape his new home. He also rides motorcycles on the weekends and has a Honda sport bike.

Help us welcome Frankie to the New Leaf Landscape Services team. You’ll be seeing him quite a bit, and we’re certain that you will enjoy working with him. Frankie’s expertise, organizational skills, landscape knowledge and attention to detail have already become assets to us here at New Leaf Landscape Services.
